I currently offer 1:1 mentorship, family-based art therapy, and corporate wellness/ creative arts therapy workshops.
Parent coaching is based in Adlerian concepts + mindful conscious parenting approaches.
Clinical & Community-based Art Therapy and Counseling
As a (ATCS) Art Therapy Credentialed Supervisor through the ATCB, I offer 1:1 supervision/ mentorship and group supervision towards art therapists working towards their ATR/ATR-BC. Contact me for available options.

1. Seeing a friendly dog wagging their tail when you walk in the room= instant dopamine!!
2. Petting a dog before art-making can lower anxiety and unlock creativity.
3. Therapy dogs help you regulate emotions before diving into expressive work. Dogs can sense increase in stress hormones (they can smell tears!) & intuitively come to support & calm humans.
4. When words feel hard, a dog’s presence makes silence feel safe.
5. Dogs can reduce perfectionism—art becomes more playful and less pressured.
